Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience on large/complex building projects.
• At least 10 years on major international airport projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• APM or equivalent project management membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-based supervision and engineering oversight of mechanical construction works.
• Monitor HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage installations on site.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs, and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve issues.
• Review shop drawings, submissions, and material approvals.
• Monitor testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
