Responsabilidades

• Maintain daily diaries of events associated with work on site.
• Study drawings and specifications, keeping up with revisions.
• Monitor work undertaken by Site Engineers and Supervisors.
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and problems.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and safety procedures.
• Monitor and report on progress payments and quality control.
• Evaluate and recommend subcontractors and their staff.
• Identify design issues affecting constructability or operability.
• Assist in preparing Monthly Progress Reports.
• Review and approve As Built Drawings.
• Assist in preparing Final Acceptance and Completion Reports.
• Review Contractors Valuations Payments.
• Witness and supervise commissioning activities.
