Job summary

Lanco Group is seeking a Construction Manager for a Dafna, Doha, Qatar assignment. Location: Dafna, Doha. Duration: 6 Months – 1 Year. Start Date: Immediately. Immediate joiners with a valid QID only will be considered.

The role requires 10–12+ years of progressive construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager capacity, and a strong focus on safety and quality standards on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12+ years of progressive construction experience.
• At least 5 years as a Construction Manager.
• Experience handling complex residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• In-depth understanding of civil structures, architectural finishing standards, and construction methodologies.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and site management capabilities.
• Superior communication skills.
• High commitment to site safety and quality standards.
• BSc in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Valid UPDA Registration — mandatory.
