Job summary

Sofomation Energy is seeking a QA/QC Inspector with extensive material inspection experience and relevant welding and NDT certifications. The role demands CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector or AWS-CWI, NDT Level-II, with favorable consideration for BGAS-CSWIP Painting Inspector Grade 1/2 or NACE Level-1/2.

Applicants must have 8 years of experience for degree holders or 12 years for diploma holders, including at least 5 years as QA/QC Inspector for material inspection. Location: Qatar.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector or AWS-CWI certification.
• NDT Level-II.
• BGAS-CSWIP Painting Inspector Grade 1/2 or NACE Level-1/2 will be viewed favourably (not mandatory).
• Shall have minimum 8 years For Degree Holders or 12 years for Diploma Holders of experience out of which at least 5 years of experience as QA/QC Inspector for material inspection.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with project codes and client requirements.
