• Minimum 5 years as QA/QC Inspector in Material Inspection.
• CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector OR AWS-CWI certification mandatory.
• Welding Inspector certification held for more than 5 years.
• NDT Level II mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection of incoming/project materials for compliance with specifications, drawings, standards, and purchase requirements.
• Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), inspection reports, certificates, and quality records.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of materials and fabricated components.
• Verify material identification, traceability, storage, preservation and handling requirements.
• Coordinate and witness applicable NDT activities and review NDT reports.
• Inspect welding-related activities and verify compliance with procedures and standards.
• Raise and follow up NCRs, inspection observations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, QA/QC teams, and client representatives on material inspection requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with project quality requirements and international standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Degree Holders: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum 5 years of specific experience as a QA/QC Inspector in Material Inspection.
• Valid CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector OR AWS-CWI certification – Mandatory.
• Welding Inspector certification must have been held for more than 5 years.
• NDT Level II – Mandatory.
• Age preferably 30–55 years.
• Strong experience in material inspection, quality control, documentation, and traceability.
