Job summary

Snoonu in Qatar seeks an Engineering Lead to own and drive our Conversational AI and Driver Automation platform. This role spans IVR, multi-channel chatbots, and an agentic AI framework built on AWS Bedrock.

Qualifications

6–10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in tech lead or engineering management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration on AWS Bedrock or equivalent frameworks.
Experience leading 3–8 engineers with a coaching-first approach.
Strong Python and backend development skills; production-grade code.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team of AI and Python Backend Engineers to drive quality and velocity.
Own sprint planning, technical scope, and delivery commitments for conversational AI and driver automation.
Define coding standards and maintain engineering quality across IVR, chatbot, and agentic systems.
Act as the primary technical interface between Engineering, Product, and Operations for driver-facing automation.
Partner with the R&D Director to shape the team's technical roadmap and surface high-leverage bets.
Own the architecture and continuous improvement of IVR, voice automation, and multi-agent systems.
