Job summary

TP in Doha seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from initiation to close, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule and budget. You will develop plans, coordinate with stakeholders, manage risks, and oversee documentation while maintaining quality standards.

With 10+ years of PM experience, you will be bilingual in Arabic and English, and PMP/PRINCE2 certification is preferred. Strong MS Office skills and a track record of stakeholder coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management or a related scope of work.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors to ensure effective project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Lead project meetings and communicate project status, updates, and key decisions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate project records.
