Job summary

Alftek in Doha, Qatar seeks a Senior Project Expert with pumping stations expertise to lead major infrastructure delivery across technical, commercial and controls domains. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Engineering.
• Evidence of discipline specific professional qualification PMP or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Chartered engineer status from a recognised institution.
• Driver’s License
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience of working in Qatar and/or the Gulf region.

Responsibilities

• Manage project objectives and ensure targets are met for Authority managed projects.
• Oversee project delivery across technical, commercial and project controls disciplines.
• Liaise with delivery teams, stakeholders and authorities to ensure on-time, within-cost completion.
• Provide regular progress reports and elevate issues to senior management.
• Convene and attend relevant meetings and workshops.
• Capture lessons learned to improve systems and processes.
