Job summary

Al Ali Engineering Co.WLL is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager in Doha, Qatar. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 15+ years post-qualification experience, including 10+ years as PM, and PMP certification.

You will lead major mixed-use capital projects valued at QAR 100 Million+ and coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders. duties include defining scope, budgets, schedules, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience, including at least 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager
• Proven experience with contracting company in major mixed-use capital projects valued at QAR 100 Million+
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the Arabian Gulf region
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and progress monitoring.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial risks.
• Lead project teams, allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and resolve issues.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• Implement quality control measures and manage project risks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular progress reports.
