Tanqeeb seeks a Senior Project Cost Controller in Doha, Qatar to lead cost estimation, budgeting, and cost governance for EPC oil & gas capital projects. You will develop cost plans, monitor performance, review change orders, and ensure projects stay within approved budgets; SAP experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Engineering and 8+ years in cost control on major projects are required, with the ability to work in multi-cultural teams and complex contracts.

Formación

• 8 years' experience in Project Cost Control for EPC oil and gas capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of Project Controls principles, theories and concepts.
• Experience on major projects from an Owner's perspective with EPC Lump Sum contracts.
• Proficient in SAP or similar Finance ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain cost and man-hours data in a robust database.
• Forecast cost estimates and prepare annual WP&B with scope progress.
• Monitor cost performance against control plans and approve changes.
• Advise leadership on potential cost issues and corrective actions.
