Job summary

UCC Holding in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Project Director - EPC Power to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale power EPC projects, including thermal, renewable, and transmission. You will be the single point of accountability for safety, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating with clients, JV partners, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Master's Degree in Engineering Management, Project Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EPC delivery from contract award through commissioning and handover.
• Direct interface between engineering disciplines and construction teams to ensure constructibility and schedule adherence.
• Oversee procurement strategy for major equipment and manage vendor quality and logistics to protect the critical path.
• Maintain rigorous cost and schedule control using earned value analysis and formal change management.
• Champion HSE and process safety across all sites and ensure regulatory compliance.
