Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Expeditor to support major Oil & Gas and EPC projects in Qatar. The role requires expediting major mechanical equipment and coordinating with vendors, procurement teams, and project stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include monitoring supplier progress, expediting critical equipment, coordinating inspections and shipment readiness, and providing regular status reports. EPC/Oil & Gas project experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience expediting major mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, generators, HVAC units, boilers, turbines).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, inspection, logistics and supply chain processes.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, procurement teams and project stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ability to track production schedules, identify delays and implement corrective actions.
• Experience on large-scale EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure or Industrial projects is highly preferred.

• Expedite critical equipment and materials to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate inspections, documentation, and shipment readiness.
• Identify risks and proactively resolve delivery issues.
