Job summary

Brunel in Qatar seeks an experienced Planning specialist to develop, maintain and monitor schedules and cost data for Major Projects. You will conduct risk analyses using Primavera P6, integrate multiple schedules, and deliver governance-focused forecasts.

Role requires extensive communication with LNG teams, delivering concise reporting and actionable mitigations, and guiding the Integration PMT on schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• 8+ years of project execution experience, including 6+ years in Major Projects (oil & gas).
• Experience with National or International Oil Companies is advantageous.
• Ability to independently resolve complex issues with effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor schedules and related cost data.
• Communicate with LNG project teams to resolve planning issues.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis using Primavera P6 and integrate multiple schedules.
• Deliver governance reports, forecasts and mitigation recommendations.
• Quantify effects of business changes on the schedule for governance.
• Inform leadership of potential schedule impacts and advise corrective actions.
• Review contractor progress reports and endorse baselines and forecasts.
• Support schedule/cost progress analysis and reporting.
• Deliver clear presentations on schedule and cost delivery.
