Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Solutions seeks a Coordinator to manage Permit To Start Work documents for petrochemical or power-gen projects. You will coordinate creation, safekeeping, transmittal and timely presentation to prevent work delays, across multiple TA phases.

Requirements include 5+ years in the relevant industry, proficient English, and the ability to be trained in COMPANY's PTSW system. Strong organization and document-control skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Petrochemical or Power generation.
• Read/speak English (IELTS 6 equivalent).
• Trained in COMPANY's Permit to Work System or willing to train.
• Capable of organizing 300+ PTSW documents across TA phases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation, safekeeping, transmittal and timely presentation of all PTSW documents.
• Ensure documents are prepared and managed through all TA phases to avoid delays.
