Job summary

Trust Arabia Administrative Services & Consultancy (TRUST) is seeking a Senior Patrolling Supervisor to lead a team of security patrolling staff and oversee assigned areas in Doha, Qatar. You will coordinate patrol schedules, conduct inspections, respond to incidents, monitor activities, and support emergency teams while ensuring adherence to procedures and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, effective radio communication, and the ability to manage incidents and traffic

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and guide Security Patrolling Supervisors and deployed security personnel.
• Conduct regular mobile patrols across assigned areas.
• Inspect security posts and ensure personnel are performing their assigned duties effectively.
• Respond to calls for assistance, incidents and backup requests.
• Monitor and report suspicious activities, security violations, property damage and other incidents.
• Support HSE and emergency teams in identifying potential hazards and unsafe practices.
• Maintain effective radio communication with patrolling teams and security posts.
• Attend traffic accidents and vehicle breakdowns and assist with traffic control and emergency response.
• Ensure security personnel are properly trained, motivated and compliant with operational procedures.
• Follow established incident escalation and reporting procedures.
