Job summary

Elevion Group is seeking an experienced security professional to manage access control and safety within our facility in Doha. The role focuses on monitoring entrances, supervising guest flow, and coordinating with emergency services when needed.

Key duties include recording incidents, assisting staff with security queries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. A high school diploma and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of security experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate in Security or Safety Management preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Fire Safety or Emergency Response training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrance/exit points for authorized access.
• Supervise flow of members, staff, and visitors to ensure security.
• Respond to incidents per company policies.
• Act as first responder and coordinate with emergency services.
• File incident reports for safety, theft, injury, or policy violations.
• Maintain professional presence at entrance and around the facility.
• Assist members and staff with security-related questions or issues.
• Coordinate with facility operations, reception, and housekeeping for safety.
• Enforce club rules and health/safety procedures.
• Support evacuation during drills or emergencies.
• Ensure restricted items are not brought in.
• Cover Reception if needed by the Division Manager.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrance and exit points ensuring only authorized individuals enter the facility
• Supervise the flow of members, staff, and visitors to ensure security compliance
• Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies in accordance with company policies
• Act as first responder to safety or medical incidents and coordinate with appropriate emergency services when required
• File accurate incident reports for any events related to safety, theft, injury, or policy violations
• Maintain a visible, professional, and approachable presence at the entrance and around the facility
• Assist members and staff with security-related questions or issues in a courteous manner
• Work closely with facility operations, reception, and housekeeping to ensure safety across departments
• Enforce club rules and ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures
• Support the evacuation process in case of fire drills or emergencies
• Ensure members do not bring restricted items or engage in unsafe behaviors within the facility
• Cover Reception if needed or instructed by the Division Manager

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience

• Preferred: Certificate in Security or Safety Management
