Job summary

Burjline Builders seeks an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security personnel and ensure effective delivery of security operations across commercial facilities in Doha, Qatar. You will supervise shifts, monitor access control and CCTV, conduct patrols, manage incidents, and coordinate emergency responses.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in security with prior supervisory experience, fluency in Arabic and English, and the ability to attend client interviews before deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the security industry.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Able to attend client interviews before deployment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers during assigned shifts.
