Job summary
Tanqeeb is seeking a seasoned Oracle Maintenance and Facilities expert to own the design and delivery of asset management, work orders and GIS-driven processes in Doha. You will define maintenance workflows, configure domains, and lead end-to-end testing and user acceptance to ensure robust operations.
Experience in Oracle Maintenance/APEX and Primavera Unifier FAM blocks, strong KPI/reporting skills, and ability to coordinate data migration and master data ownership are essential for success in
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Oracle Maintenance, Assets, or facilities processes.
- Deep knowledge of asset lifecycle, maintenance plans and service history.
- Experience with work-order workflows and SLA controls.
- Familiarity with GIS/spatial reporting and asset visualization.
- Experience with data migration and master-data governance.
- Strong reporting and KPI skills for backlog and availability.
- End-to-end testing and UAT ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own functional design for asset and facilities workflows.
- Lead SIT/E2E/UAT and defect resolution.
- Define workflows, approvals, and closure conditions.
- Coordinate asset/master-data ownership across systems.
- Prepare training inputs and release readiness.
- Deliver domain reports and dashboards with acceptance criteria.
