Job summary

Worley in Doha, Qatar, seeks an Offshore Structural Designer to deliver detailed designs from sketches and specifications, using E3D/S3D/PDMS and AutoCAD. You will check drawings, participate in peer reviews, and ensure compliance with codes and standards for brownfield oil and gas projects.

You will support adherence to practices, standardize equipment drawings, and produce final documentation for project approval. Strong 3D modelling and drafting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or advanced diploma in Civil or Structural engineering.
• Extensive offshore brownfield Oil & Gas design experience.
• Proficient in 3D modelling and 2D drafting.
• Comfortable with AutoCAD, E3D/S3D or PDMS.

Responsibilities

• Supports adherence to engineering practices, regulations, and customer specs.
• Supports standardization of equipment specs, drawings, and templates.
• Contributes to understanding technical requirements and expectations.
• Uses local/global standards to support technical excellence.
• Delivers offshore structural design and drafting to meet requirements.
• Checks drawings/models and maintains deliverable quality.
• Produces final designs from sketches and specifications.
• Generates technical queries and deviations with recommended solutions.
