Job summary

Wood is seeking a Principal Piping Engineer to lead piping design and technical reviews for onshore and offshore projects in Qatar. The role covers FEED, Pre-FEED and brownfield work, with accountability for scope, schedule and budget while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have 15+ years of mechanical engineering experience in oil & gas, strong proficiency with 3D design tools, and a proven track record of delivering complex piping systems in challenging

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering with extensive piping experience.
• Familiarity with BS/API/ASME codes and international design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead piping scope with budget and schedule responsibility.
• Review and approve piping deliverables and 3D models.
• Mentor piping engineers and coordinate with other disciplines.
