McDermott International, Ltd seeks a Senior HUC Manager to lead the Hook Up and Commissioning scope for an offshore project. You will manage a dedicated HUC team, develop execution plans, and coordinate marine operations offshore to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

Qualified candidates have 15+ years in offshore O&G with at least 5 years in a similar role and hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Strong leadership and client liaison skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in offshore Oil & Gas with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.

Responsabilités

• Review, define, and develop project HUC scope and deliverables including execution plans and schedules.
• Lead and manage the HUC team to deliver work as planned, safely and to high standards.
• Interface with internal departments to align strategies and deliverables.
• Conduct HUC constructability reviews and define cost-effective, safe solutions.
• Ensure readiness processes are conducted, reported, and agreed prior to mobilisation.
• Manage marine spread including JUBs, workboats & supply boats.
• Control and report on the assigned HUC budget (EAC).
• Develop client relationships and conduct project meetings to ensure execution alignment.
• Lead HAZID and SIMOPS workshops and manage business/operational risks.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors requirements and ensure effective leadership on offshore campaigns.
