McDermott International, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to lead offshore field engineering activities, guide the team, and provide practical and technical expertise to improve project execution.

You will coordinate with proposal, procurement and construction teams, ensuring adherence to client specs and McDermott policies. The role requires strong knowledge of engineering practices, planning expertise, and experience in offshore project environments to deliver value for customers and

Qualificações

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
7–9 years in oil and gas with major contractors or consultants.
2–3 years of operations and field engineering experience.
Familiar with subcontract activities.

Responsabilidades

Review contract documents and identify discrepancies between pre- and post-contracts.
Attend bid interviews with local management and participate in global reviews.
Prepare technical clarifications and submit to Proposal Coordinator.
Develop plan and allocate resources to meet schedules.
Monitor project progress and prevent major delays.
Create installation, procurement and fabrication documentation.
