MPH is seeking an experienced Senior Offshore Construction Manager to lead hook-up and integration activities on offshore campaigns in Qatar. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of safety, quality and schedule targets.

Responsibilities include planning, execution, close-out, and resolving cross-discipline issues while maintaining strict adherence to HSE, contractual obligations, and international standards such as AWS and API.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor's in a technical field or equivalent oil & gas experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, inspection procedures and wellhead platform construction.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of project-related experience.
• Knowledge of GS and international standards such as AWS and API.
• Ability to interpret GA drawings, structural drawings, isometrics, P&IDs and marking plans.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to recommend project adjustments and improvements efficiently.
