Job summary

Saipem is seeking an experienced Hook-up Supervisor to organize, coordinate and control hook-up activities across offshore vessels and brown/green field projects. You will liaise with discipline supervisors, ensure adherence to project documentation, schedule, safety and quality standards, and represent the Hook-up Superintendent in client meetings.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and control hook-up activities across offshore projects.
• Oversee discipline supervisors and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Represent Hook-up Superintendent at client construction meetings.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Hook-up Superintendent.
• Assist with interdisciplinary coordination of all green and brown field works.
• Supervise foremen and supervisors across construction disciplines.
• Coordinate construction during the shift and manage SIMOPS.
• Keep the Hook-up Superintendent informed of issues and status.
• Liaise with subcontractor supervisors to optimize production.
• Ensure Permit-to-Work system is followed and toolbox talks conducted.
• Promote health, safety and environmental awareness among crews.
• Report incidents and near-misses; manage crane operations.
• Prepare construction handover and post-shift reports.
• Support follow-up of project equipment and stock.
