Madre Integrated Engineering seeks an E&I Inspector – Offshore to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This full-time role requires 5+ years of offshore Oil & Gas inspection experience and a degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.

You will inspect electrical/instrumentation installations, verify materials, enforce HSE and PTW requirements, and prepare NCRs and reports. Offshore commissioning activities and client liaison are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Basic H2S Training.
• Offshore Medical Fitness.
• 5–7 years offshore inspection experience in oil & gas projects.

Responsabilités

• Inspect electrical and instrumentation installations per project specs, QCS and IEC/IEEE standards.
• Verify materials, equipment and workmanship against drawings and procedures.
• Enforce offshore HSE requirements including PTW systems and confined space entry.
• Prepare inspection reports, calibration records, and NCRs when required.
• Liaise with construction teams, QA/QC and client representatives during inspections and approvals.
• Witness pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Ensure all work is executed under valid permits.
• Confirm instrument calibration and maintain traceability records.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Suggest improvements in inspection practices and safety culture.
