Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator for our Qatar operations. The role requires hands-on administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises, with deep knowledge of architecture, security, and troubleshooting.

Candidates should have experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, SSRS, and API integrations, and prefer Power Platform/Azure familiarity. A bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.
• Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, deployment, security, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premises, ensure high availability.
• Develop and customize CRM, implement plugins/workflows, and manage deployments.
• Integrate CRM with ERP or other enterprise applications.
• Document processes, communicate findings, and support security controls.

We are currently looking for Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator for our Qatar operations

At least 6 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises. Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, deployment, administration, security, and troubleshooting. Hands-on development experience with C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, Web APIs, SQL Server, and SSRS. Demonstrated experience with CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and solution deployment. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises. Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, claims-based authentication, and single sign-on. Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with ERP, banking, or other enterprise applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure integration services. Relevant Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications are preferred. Experience supporting business-critical, highly available enterprise environments.
