Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited) required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction or facility maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings for development and tasking.
• Perform inspections, quality control, and submittal reviews beyond construction managers' scope.
• Travel to verify compliance and quality of work if required.
• Review and analyze HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems; ensure code compliance.
