Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a skilled professional to manage the collection process for a Retail NPL portfolio, coordinating with Legal, state authorities and external agencies to reduce overdue exposure.

You will lead strategies for restructuring, re-scheduling, and enforcement, while ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. Strong analysis, negotiation, and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably with a major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank in a Retail or Corporate risk function.
• Knowledge of Retail NPL collections processes, policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement overdue loans collections strategies to minimize losses.
• Analyze Retail NPL portfolio to identify trends and reduce bucket-wise figures.
• Coordinate with Retail Collection Unit, Credit Risk and external agencies to pursue collection.
• Prepare/update policies to meet market needs and improve collection efficiency.
• Negotiate and finalize work‑out strategies with customers and obtain approvals.
• Monitor compliance with bank policies, QCB regulations and reporting requirements.
