Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study).

Responsibilities

• Implement overdue loan collections strategy to minimize losses for the bank.
• Coordinate with Legal, external debt collectors, and police authorities as required.
• Monitor and report on the Retail NPL portfolio, ensuring timely actions and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with QCB regulations and the bank's policies and procedures.
