EY in Doha is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead our MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting team. You will manage complex client engagements, apply tax rules, and help grow our GCR practice across borders.

The role requires strong leadership, Arabic and English proficiency, a related degree, and 4+ years of tax experience in a professional services environment. You will coach juniors, implement quality guidelines, and build client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation or related field.
• MBA, master’s or professional qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent).
• 4+ years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, ideally in a large professional services firm.
• Strong managerial, organizational, and project management experience.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred; fluency in English is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex client engagements and drive growth of the GCR practice.
• Manage day-to-day client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, and ensure high-quality services.
• Establish processes, identify risks, and drive performance-improvement solutions.
• Supervise teams, coach juniors, and maintain Tax Quality guidelines.
