Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance program for a large facilities portfolio in Qatar. You will lead a diverse team of technicians, manage contractors and vendors, and drive preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime while delivering safe, compliant operations.

You will shape long-term maintenance strategies, review budgets, and implement new technologies to enhance reliability and efficiency across all sites.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of maintenance experience; GCC is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety, electrical and mechanical regulations.
• Experience reading wiring diagrams and engineering specs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for equipment and facilities.
• Oversee maintenance team, technicians, contractors, and vendors.
• Plan preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with production and other departments on priorities.
• Monitor metrics, analyze trends, and drive process improvements.
• Manage budgets, expenditures and maintenance contracts.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Evaluate new technologies to boost efficiency and safety.
• Provide technical support to resolve complex issues.
