Job summary

Our Habitas Ras Abrouq is actively seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive revenue across luxury hospitality markets in Qatar. The role partners with Marketing, Revenue, and Operations to maximize occupancy and profitability while developing strong relationships with government entities, embassies, and high-value accounts.

You will lead the sales team, develop annual plans, and represent the property at industry events, ensuring delivery of our brand promise and guest-centric experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years progressive hotel sales experience, luxury/ lifestyle brand preferred.
• Experience in corporate, leisure, MICE, and group segments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual sales and commercial strategy.
• Drive revenue across Government, GCC, Corporate, Leisure, Groups, Events, Embassies, VIP and luxury markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Qatar, GCC and feeder markets.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts and partnerships.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections.
• Represent the property at trade shows, roadshows and industry events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform leadership.
• Work with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing and Operations to maximise occupancy and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales team; recruit and onboard as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts and government entities.
