PPL Dynamics in Qatar seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to lead contracting activities and provide strategic legal guidance for commercial, construction, and procurement matters. Immediate joining and an initial six-month contract with extension potential are available.

Ideal candidates bring in-house experience, strong knowledge of local laws, and a common law background, with regional exposure considered advantageous for the role.

Qualifications

• Senior-level candidate with approximately 8+ years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience).
• Strong experience in commercial contracts, construction, and procurement matters.
• Ideally possesses in-house legal experience and can independently manage a high-volume contracts workload with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of local laws is important; a common law background is preferred, and regional experience would be beneficial.

• Oversee and negotiate commercial contracts, including construction and procurement agreements.
