Maseera is seeking a Legal Counsel — Corporate & Commercial at junior level in Doha, Qatar. The position is full-time, on-site with immediate start. You will support the business end-to-end on commercial contracting, corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and workforce matters.

This role suits a strong recent graduate or a lawyer with up to three years of experience who wants substantive work rather than document review, with direct exposure to senior counsel and management from day one.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or lawyer with up to three years of experience.
• Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills.
• Exposure to corporate transactions and regulatory matters.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements: supply, offtake, distribution, agency, services, and NDAs.
