Job summary

Employment is seeking ITS professionals for a major Traffic Operations/ITS environment in the Middle East. You will monitor and report on RMC and Tunnels performance, lead analysis and improvement plans, and manage monthly reporting and incident-related metrics.

Candidates should have 10+ years in transportation planning with expertise in traffic modelling, data analysis, and major-event traffic planning, with a track record in the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Planning, Computer Science or similar field.
• 10+ years in Transportation Planning/Management with proven Middle East exposure.
• Experience with traffic modelling, data analysis and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Close management of subcontractors providing SCATS and traffic engineering support.
• Produce and review monthly performance reports for RMC and Tunnels operations.
• Coordinate ad-hoc major incident and special event reporting.
• Lead data and process analysis for traffic engineering improvements.
• Manage complaint logging and responses within SLA timelines.
• Lead root cause analyses of complaints and incidents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for special events and traffic plan configurations.
• Develop improvements to traffic management plans and simulation studies.
