Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT Project Management experience in banking/fintech/payments
• PMP certification required or strongly preferred
• End-to-end IT project delivery including planning, execution and closure
• Structured governance with documentation, reporting, escalation and change control

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects in cards, payments and digital banking environments
• Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, card schemes and compliance to ensure delivery within scope, time and budget
• Ensure governance, risk management and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
