PayTech Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead government-focused payments initiatives in Doha, Qatar. Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Project Management and public sector engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Admin, CS, IT; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, FinTech.
• Regional experience in a fast-paced matrix organisation.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects with government entities, with defined scope, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders and coordinate across internal and external partners.
• Drive modernization of government payments including digital acceptance, revenue collection, disbursements, and citizen payment experiences.
• Establish governance, identify dependencies and risks, resolve issues, ensure accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable value using data and stakeholder feedback.
