Job summary

Assets Group seeks a Senior Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and IT procurement across the group, driving optimization of hardware, software, IT services, and resources.

You will develop category strategies, negotiate high-value contracts, and manage supplier performance while partnering with Finance, IT, Strategy, Investment, and Business Units to ensure procurement is embedded in planning and supports growth.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of procurement experience with focus on strategic sourcing and category management.
• Experience in IT procurement including hardware, software, IT services, and resources.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, Strategy and Business Units.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group-level strategic sourcing, spend analytics, and procurement optimization initiatives.
• Manage IT procurement and sourcing across hardware, software, IT services, and resources.
• Develop category and sourcing strategies aligned with Group objectives.
• Conduct market intelligence, supplier evaluation, benchmarking, and cost analysis.
• Lead strategic negotiations, high-value contracts, framework agreements, and supplier partnerships.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement transformation and governance.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and supplier performance.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Strategy, Investment, and Business Units on procurement decisions.
