Job summary

epergne solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager for Securities, Custody & Fund Administration in Qatar. You will lead large-scale technology and transformation programs, coordinate across business and tech teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and ensure delivery of end-to-end securities and investment operations platforms.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in banking tech, 8+ years leading complex multi-vendor deployments, and a PMP certification, with strong governance, risk, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation.
• 8+ years leading large-scale Securities, Custody, or Fund Administration platform implementations.
• Proven track record in multi-vendor transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior executives.
• PMP certification and enterprise project/program management expertise.
• Experience with platform transformation, data migration, and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Securities, Custody, Fund Administration and Investment Operations transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Lead implementation and integration of securities and investment platforms.
• Coordinate business requirements, solution design, integration and data migration.
• Manage complex multi-vendor programs and technology partners.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure quality, security, operational and regulatory compliance.
• Drive governance, reporting and executive communication.
