Job summary

Softnet Lanka in Al Wakrah, Qatar, seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Director to lead the design, security, and operations of enterprise networks, servers, cloud platforms, and data centers. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on governance, including budgets, vendor contracts, disaster recovery, and compliance.

The incumbent will oversee security architectures, performance optimization, and technology modernization, reporting to senior management and driving IT transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• +10 years in IT infrastructure, systems, networking, cloud, or IT operations.
• +5 years in a senior IT management or leadership role.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructure and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead infrastructure and IT operations teams (systems, network, cloud, security, support).
• Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise networks and data centers.
• Manage cloud migrations (Azure and AWS) and drive high availability.
• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
