Job summary

The Group seeks a highly analytical Financial Advisor to provide investment guidance across portfolio management, opportunity appraisal, and market strategy in Qatar. You will deliver data-driven recommendations, influence offering and listing decisions, and ensure compliance with QFMA regulations.

You will build models, monitor performance, report to management, and collaborate with trading and compliance teams to optimize risk-adjusted returns for clients and the Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Investment or Accounting required; a Master's is preferred.
• 5–8 years in asset, portfolio or wealth management, equity research, or investment banking.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and performance measurement skills.
• Eligible to be registered/approved by QFMA; CISI certifications within 12 months as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client investment plans; advise on asset allocation and risk tolerance.
• Monitor portfolio performance, rebalance when needed, and issue periodic reports.
• Conduct fundamental analysis and build DCF and multiples‑based valuations.
• Source investment opportunities by tracking markets and assess fit with client objectives.
• Prepare investment memoranda; track positions and revisit assumptions as conditions change.
• Measure risk‑adjusted performance and provide attribution analysis.
• Advise on market‑making strategies; coordinate with Trading and Compliance.
• Support offering/listing mandates; contribute to data room, due diligence, and pricing.
