Job summary

Atkins Middle East is seeking a Planning and Integration Consultant for the Qatar Central Planning Office. This role requires over 10 years of experience in the infrastructure or built environment, strong project management skills, and fluency in English. The successful candidate will develop Project Management Plans and coordinate various technical activities. Experience in the Middle East and knowledge of Microsoft Project are desirable. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in infrastructure or built environment.
• Demonstrable ability to liaise and extract data effectively.
• Logical approach to planning tasks for each programme.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate technical activities within the PIC.
• Create and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP).
• Develop detailed Plans of Work for different time periods.

Skills

Project Management accreditation – APM, PRINCE2, IPAM, CIOB, PMI, RICS

Intermediate Excel skills

Technical knowledge of transport infrastructure

Effective communication skills

Fluency in English

Education

Bachelors Degree related to built/infrastructure environment
