Job summary

Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer in Doha, Qatar, to support large-scale infrastructure delivery. The role involves developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, monitoring progress, and producing executive dashboards and progress reports to drive programme improvements.

You will forecast completion dates, identify schedule risks, and coordinate reviews with stakeholders, while supporting project controls and capital investment planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years planning experience on major infrastructure or utilities projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 experience.
• Experience producing executive-level reports.
• Knowledge of project controls and scheduling best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules.
• Monitor project progress against baseline programmes.
• Produce executive dashboards and progress reports.
• Forecast project completion dates and identify schedule risks.
• Support project controls and capital investment planning.
• Coordinate schedule reviews with project stakeholders.
• Prepare delay analysis and recovery programmes.
• Monitor contractor performance and reporting.
