AECOM is seeking a Senior Contracts & Commercial Specialist in Doha, Qatar, to lead the management of works contracts and GEC engagements across major infrastructure projects. You will oversee CVAs, tender documentation, and claims with strict adherence to PWA procedures and QCS 2014 standards.

Competenze

14+ years of professional experience in contracts, commercial management, procurement, or contract administration.
Experience on major infrastructure projects is mandatory.
Strong administration of Works Contractor and GEC contracts.
Experience with CVAs, change management, and tender documentation.
Knowledge of PWA procedures and Qatar government requirements.
Familiarity with QCS 2014 revisions.

Mansioni

Manage contracts for Works Contractors and GECs across infrastructure projects.
Review and process CVAs and related submissions through approval channels.
Administer contractor and GEC claims and provide commercial guidance.
Maintain up-to-date tender and contract documentation for Works Contractors and GECs.
Prepare monthly/weekly procurement and CVA reports and track progress.
