Starlink Qatar is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Specialist (Senior Technical Specialist) to join a large-scale eHealth programme. You will govern and operate the complete identity lifecycle and access-control environment across healthcare organisations, applications, cloud platforms and privileged systems.

The role demands strong IAM, PIM and PAM expertise, hands-on implementation experience, and a deep understanding of lifecycle governance, RBAC/ABAC, SSO, MFA and cloud
