Job summary

Starlink Qatar is seeking an experienced Clinical Informatics Specialist (Senior Specialist) to join a national eHealth programme. You will translate clinical needs into safe, standards-aligned digital-health solutions and support adoption across clinical settings.

In this role, you will lead clinical workflow mapping, supervise teams, and coordinate across EMR/EHR, LIS, pharmacy and radiology systems to improve patient care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical or paramedical discipline.
• 7+ years in a clinical-informatics or health-system role, incl. 3+ years supervisory.
• Experience with EMR/EHR, LIS, pharmacy, radiology/RIS-PACS or CPOE.
• Experience analysing clinical workflows, testing solutions, training users and adoption.
• Ability to translate healthcare regulations and standards into system requirements.
