Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading technology solutions provider in Doha, Qatar. We seek an experienced Systems Engineer - Enterprise IAM to oversee identity, directory and access management across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and AD DS, implement SSO/federation, and ensure security and compliance across collaboration platforms. A strong background in PKI, DNS, and certificate management is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Identity & Access Administrator Associate certificate.
Strong experience with enterprise IAM in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

Manage Microsoft 365 users, groups, roles, and licenses.
Administer Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
Maintain on-premises Active Directory (AD DS), GPOs, domains, and replication.
Support hybrid identity environments with AD DS and synchronization.
Manage Google Directory Services in hybrid/federated setups.
Configure and manage SSO, federation, and access policies.
Enforce security/compliance policies across collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
Maintain documentation and SOPs for IAM operations.
