Job summary

Client of Dynamic Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced HSE Officer in Qatar's oil & gas sector to train teams, enforce practices, and lead safety programs on site.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years GCC experience as HSE Officer and 10 years in HSE leadership, with strong incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, and reporting capabilities, plus NBOSH IGC Level 6 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor credentials.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, occupational health, or related field.
• NBOSH IGC Certification (Level 6 preferred).
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach teams on HSE practices.
• Conduct incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
• Prepare clear technical reports and convey findings to stakeholders.
