Job summary

Starlink Qatar is seeking an experienced senior professional to own system-wide health-data quality, standards, architecture and conformance across clinical, operational and policy use. You will lead data-quality programmes, governance, and remediation to ensure complete, accurate and interoperable data.

The role requires extensive healthcare informatics background, HL7/FHIR expertise, and hands-on data analysis experience to implement enterprise data models and governance across large health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in healthcare informatics.
• Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR and health-data standards.
• Experience leading data-quality programmes, data architecture, governance and standards implementation.
• Proficiency in data analysis methods and healthcare applications.
