Job summary

Qatar Airways Doha is seeking a GS Senior Training Officer for Ground Services. You will design and deliver end-to-end training programs across the hub and network, collaborating with HR and T&D to close business gaps and launch innovative curricula.

The role requires at least five years of related experience, a background in GS/airport operations, and strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
• GS/Airport Operations background preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design training content and curricula.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end training programs for Ground Services across Doha and outstations.
• Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate effectiveness of courses.
• Develop content and post-course summaries and evaluations.
• Present programs using Levels 1-3 format and align with 5-star brand image.
• Coordinate with HR and T&D, update training records and attend monthly operations reviews.
